A video I created for the 2010 ICE ‘Game-based learning’ conference in Vienna. A short history of video gaming, accompanied by some choice facts and projects about the future of gaming. Accompanied by a few pictures. Got rather popular on the intertubes by way of various forums, microblogging sites and ‘cool stuff I found online’ pages. Also meant as a tribute to my dear and missed friend oneup. One day, when I find the time, I’ll make a director’s cut of this with less text and more animated wacky gaming goodness.
